Here are some of the most common problems and solutions:

"Library server message - Please see the circulation staff at your local library to use this card."
This error message indicates that one of the following has occurred:
- your library card has expired
- you have overdue items on your account
- you have more than $5.00 in fines
- you have more than 40 items checked out
As instructed, you should call (using the phone number shown on your library card) or visit your local library for assistance.

Details: Failed to connect socket. (Socket Error Code #10061: "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.")
We do a system backup every night at approximately 2:00 AM to 2:30 AM. OverDrive is not available during the backup. If you see this error the backup has not yet finished, so please try again later.

OverDrive error: code 710 early return error
You have returned too many eBook titles in a short amount of time. Please try to return the titles again in a couple of days.
