2020 LERA PhD Student Consortium
Monday, June 15, 2020 from 7:30am-12:00pm
Held in conjunction with the LERA 72nd Annual Annual Meeting, June 13-16, 2020 in Portland, OR
Join us for the 22nd annual PhD Student Consortium! This year’s consortium will introduce the LERA annual meeting’s theme of sustainability—the ability of individuals, organizations, communities, societies, and nations to meet human needs and aspirations—with a particular eye toward the future of work and workers. Panelists and speakers coming from both academic and practitioner backgrounds will bring a diverse set of perspectives to debate the driving forces behind broad economic, social and political destabilization, as well as potential strategies to promote future individual and organizational sustainability in the face of these trends. The consortium will also bring together a panel of young scholars to discuss trends within our own future of work as PhD students. (See details here:
Attendees may have their early rate conference fees (up to $125) reimbursed.
