Player Refund / Drop Request
AYSO Core, Playground, VIP Refund / Drop Policy for the Fall & Spring Season

Between the time the player is registered until 30 (thirty) days before the season is expected to begin: 70 (seventy) percent refund.

Between 29 (twenty-nine) days before the season is expected to begin until the day before the season is to begin: 40 (forty) percent refund

On the day the season is expected to begin, the refund process is closed - No refund available.

In addition, any player who has accepted a uniform or participated in an AYSO Region 459 soccer activity will not qualify for a refund.

Expected Season start date will be announced no later than 60 (sixty) days after registration opens.

Refunds will be as defined minus any type of discount given during the registration process.

AYSO Membership, Credit Card Processing Fees, and Sports Connect Transaction Fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

There are no refunds for the Spring Season once a player has participated in the previous Fall Season. However, the online form must be filled out to drop your child from the program. This allows that spot to be available for a wait listed child to be allocated.
