Player Refund / Drop Policy

*Core & Playground Fall 2020 / Spring 2021
Between 05/01/20 and 07/31/20: $80 (Playground: $50)
Between 08/01/20 and 09/07/20: $60 (Playground: $50)
On 09/08/20, the refund process is closed - No refund available.

In addition, any player who has accepted a uniform or participated in a practice will not qualify for a refund.

There are no refunds for the Spring Season once a player has participated in the previous Fall Season. However, this form must be filled out to drop your child from the program. This allows that spot to be available for a wait listed child to be allocated.

*Winter Indoor Sessions 2019-2020
Refunds need to be requested before the Winter Indoor Session begins.

Full refund less $3.00 Credit Card processing fee
Session #1: $97 refund
Session #3: $97 refund
Session #1 & Session #3, $175 refund

If you registered for both sessions and want to only drop session #3 before it begins, the refund is $77
