Setup is 7:30 to 9:00 a.m.
Event runs 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Setup:
All vendors enter Main Street via E. Division Street. An event volunteer will greet you at the intersection of E. Division Street and Main Street and assign your booth space upon arrival. Booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will first assign booth spaces on the north end of Main Street and work our way south.
You will park your vehicle in the parking stall area of the street and unload into your booth space. Your booth space will be located in the middle of the street, along the yellow centerline. Please unload as efficiently as possible; there will be other vehicles behind you. Once you are unloaded, please proceed north to the intersection of Green Bay Street and Main Street. There are public parking lots located behind the Main Street businesses.
Booth spaces are 12' x 12' and will be assigned upon arrival by an event volunteer.
All vendors pay $30 fee per 12' x 12' booth space. Octoberfest accepts vendors who sell hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind items. We also accept one vendor of commercial product (Avon, Tastefully Simple, Thirty-one, etc.), however, only one of each is allowed. First to submit completed registration and payment guarantees entry.
Additional information:
- There is no rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
- No refunds issued after September 1, 2022.
- Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is received.
- No rummage or flea market items.
