Due to the massive immigration flow which is occuring in Europe in this period, the Schengen Agreement (which allows people with a valid visa issued by a Schengen country to travel all around the Schengen Area) has partially been suspended; therefore, there are more controls at countries' borders. In order not to have problems remember to BRING A DOCUMENT VALID FOR FOREIGN TRAVEL: - European citizens: for most of countries, national ID is enough; - NON-European citizens: passport and valid visa - be sure that you DON'T have a one-entry visa, otherwise you won't be able to go back in Italy. Also, remember to bring your HEALTH INSURANCE CARD: German hospitals only discharge patiens if the have it or if they pay a very expensive penalty!

By doing so, I declare that I, the undersigned, assume all liability for damage caused by me to people and properties during the "Oktoberfest trip”, which will take place from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th of September 2017.I, the undersigned, understand that I am bound by the stipulation of the present declaration, and have been informed of my obligations, and I undertake to settle eventual damages directly and completely with the injured party, thus exonerating the escorts from any liability, or where this is not immediately possible, I will reimburse the organization for sums paid to third parties on my behalf for the settlement of damages.I DECLARE: 1) That I am associated to ESN Bocconi, having a valid membership for the year 2016/2017, and am enrolled to participate in the “Oktoberfest trip” from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th of September 2017. 2) That I exonerate the Association ESN Bocconi Milano from all direct and indirect liability for my actions during the trip, and for damage to my property caused by third parties or by the members of the Association or by ESN Italy. 3) That I exonerate ESN Bocconi from liability for damage caused by me to people or properties, and that I will assume personal responsibility for the immediate payment of these damages, or where this is not materially possible, to refund the Organization for the payment of such sums to third parties in the settlement of damage claims. 4) That I am aware that the trip is officially and legally organized by Ippa Travel srl – Cassano d’Adda, (MI). 5) That I am aware that the escorts, who are associate members of the ESN Bocconi, will coordinate the group activities for free, with the sole aim of guaranteeing the efficient organization of the journey to the hotel and of distribution of information, and that they have no responsibility for any problems related to the journey, the hotel, or matters arising during the event. 6) That I am aware of the penal sanctions in the case of false statements/declarations, and I confirm the veracity of the personal data given above, and in the case of any dispute, I undertake to communicate to the Organizers in a timely fashion any eventual changes to the above data. 7) That I have read and fully understood the present document at the time of signing. 8) That I grant to the organizers of the event the permission to grab videos or photos of the event itself through any technological device. Regardless of who they have played and recorded, this digital content can be used by the Organizer in any way that will be considered more appropriate, with absolute discretion, for any form of advertising, promotion, exchange projects or commercial purposes. I decline claiming refunds of any kind or any form of reward.Under articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, I declare that I have understood and accept the specific points: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8 of the present document, along with the attached regulations.
