We frequently receive donation requests from various organizations throughout Sangamon County, to help us learn more about the requests your organization is making please fill out this form 30 days or more prior to the date of your event. Please use this same form for event sponsorship request.

If approved we will contact you with a finalized donation to ensure we are able to make the best outreach in the community and support the different local organizations we love! We may not be able to fulfill all requests, we keep our focus on:
  • Non-profit organizations
  • Education and child related services
  • Organizations with the Springfield, Illinois, community
