About our solutions: DISHA's portfolio currently includes three solutions that use AI and dynamic data for humanitarian and disaster response planning:
The Socio-Economic Mapping solution provides aggregated insights about population movement and poverty levels in the Philippines based on mobile phone use patterns. The insights are produced using anonymised mobile phone data from Globe Telecom, Inc.
The Damage Assessment solution uses AI models to help identify damaged buildings from high-resolution satellite imagery following a natural disaster.
The Refugee Settlement Mapping solution uses AI models to help extract shelter footprints in refugee settlements from high-resolution satellite imagery.
Use of these solutions and their content is permitted solely in the context of humanitarian and development efforts, such as disaster response management and humanitarian aid, and is governed by the Platform Agreement between your organisation and UNOPS, which includes the DISHA General Terms and Conditions: https://disha.unglobalpulse.org/general-terms-and-conditions/.
Access and application: To access a solution, you must be employed by a humanitarian or development organisation with operations relevant to the solution you are requesting, and your organisation must hold a valid registration with us. You can apply for access by filling out this form with your details and information about which solution you would like to use and how you intend to use it. A DISHA team member will be in touch within 5 business days.
Each application is reviewed manually and subject to thorough vetting to ensure that only authorised users are granted access to the solutions and their insights. If your organisation is not registered with us yet, we will contact you with information about the registration process.
