Lyric First Stage welcomes young artists 14 - 20 to enroll. Prior theatre experience is not required, but all participants should be enthusiastic and prepared to work on songs and material outside of the program day.

By submitting this application, I agree, as part of my participation, to waive, indemnify, and hold harmless The Lyric Stage Company and its assigns, agents, representatives, management, and trustees from any claims arising from the injury of my student (herein called the Participant) during the hours of rehearsal and performance, July 9 - 27, 2018. A detailed rehearsal and performance schedule will be distributed no later than July 9, 2018 and it is assumed that this schedule will be communicated to the parents or legal guardian of the Participant.
I consent without further consideration or compensation, that all photographs and video taken of Lyric First Stage participants by the designated photographer for The Lyric Stage Company of Boston, during Lyric First Stage, may be used by The Lyric Stage company of Boston for promotion on their website (www.lyricstage.com), other online or social media outlets, and in other Lyric Stage Company materials or functions for promotional purposes only. I understand that the Photographer remains the sole owner of such photographs and that no financial profit will be made by Photographer without my written consent.
