Orange Beach Lifeguard Tryouts
  • Orange Beach Surf Rescue is recruiting Lifeguards for the 2026 Season 
  • Potential Lifeguards are required to complete a 500 meter swim in less than 10 minutes and 1 mile run in under 10 minutes.
  • What to bring: Swim attire, goggles, a towel, running shoes, and athlete attire. You will have to sign a waiver/registration form at the front desk.
  • Must be 17 years old by date of employment.
  • After successful completion of a tryout candidates will be eligible to attend 40 hour USLA Lifeguard Academy
  • USLA Academy February 28-March 1 & March 7-8 (Back to Back Weekends)
