PERC creates pesticide-related educational materials like manuals, videos, fact sheets, and other creative pieces.
The Pesticide Educational Resources Collaborative (PERC) is operated through a cooperative agreement with the US EPA (X8-84019401). Every two years, the PERC Advisory Board will evaluate project ideas, set priorities based on national or widespread regional needs, and approve a series of projects for production in the following year. In general, proposals are not evaluated singly, but in batches. Occasionally, a proposal may be time-sensitive, and there is a fast-track process available.
After a project is approved, PERC is required to use a competitive process to select Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and production professionals (i.e. illustrators, videographers). Selected individuals may be paid by PERC.
Please send us your project ideas using this portal no later than Tuesday, January 16, 2024 to have it considered by the PERC Advisory Board for the 2024 national priority list.
