1. The entity responsible for processing the personal data indicated above is FEE – Foundation for Environmental Education.
2. The personal data provided in this online form, namely the name of the institution, name of the responsible person, email and telephone contact, are processed because they are necessary for the pursuit of legitimate interests of FEE within the scope of the Collaboration/Twinning process, since FEE is a non-governmental, non-profit environmental organization dedicated to education for sustainable development and the management and recognition of good environmental practices.
3. The processing of the personal data in question is carried out for the purposes of participation in the YRE Collaboration.
4. FEE will retain all personal data collected and processed for a maximum period of two years, so that participants can be informed and invited to similar activities within the scope of the Young Reporters for the Environment Program, which will be kept as long as it proves necessary for the purposes of disseminating, verifying and archiving the activities carried out by FEE as an NGO.
5. By means of written communication, and provided that the legal conditions for doing so are met, the holder of the data indicated in this form may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation and portability of their data, as well as withdraw consent (notwithstanding the fact that the lawfulness of the processing based on the legitimate interests of FEE as indicated above remains).
