This position reports directly to the Artistic Director. Specifically looking for someone who is organized, is excellent with written communication, and has a passion for diversifying Chicago theatre.
Some specific projects this role will work on include creating audition postings, maintaining personnel database, scheduling and communicating with auditioners, and attending events on behalf of the company to scout future talent.
