Food Trucks To You (FTTY) brings local food trucks to community neighborhoods located in Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, and Washtenaw Counties, along with several other communities. We are continually adding more neighbors as well!
Please fill out this form in order to begin the application process to start serving in neighborhoods near you!
There will be a $50.00 vendor fee charged for each event you are scheduled for.
Upon acceptance, we ask you to email us two to three high resolution photos of your truck, food, or any other graphic to represent you on our website and social media platforms.

There will be a $50.00 vendor fee per location per event day. Payment must be received before event day in order to participate. You will be billed via email or other payment platform such as CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Do you agree to this? *
By signing here, you affirm you have all State, City, County, and any other permits, licenses, insurance, and documents required to serve food in the State of Michigan.  Please print your name and date below. *

Photo/Video Release Form: I do hereby grant permission to Food Trucks To You and Jean Smith, its agents, and others working under its authority, full and free use of video/photographs containing my image/likeness. I understand that these images may be used for social media, web site, promotional news, research, and/or educational purposes. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Food Trucks To You and Jean Smith, and its agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may hereafter have by any reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. I do further certify that I am either of legal age or possess full legal capacity to execute the foregoing authorization and release. *
COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT: I have read and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Food Trucks To You and Jean Smith, and all other Federal, State, and local regulations that apply. I understand that I will forfeit my right to participate in any Food Trucks To You events if I am non-compliant. Food Trucks To You and Jean Smith holds personal information in confidence and does not release it without your permission. I affirm that I have the authority to execute this document on behalf of the above-listed business.  I agree to release, defend, indemnify, and forever discharge the Food Trucks To You and Jean Smith and their officers, employees, and agents, from any and against any and all claims, liabilities, or lawsuits, including legal costs and attorney fees, resulting from my participation at any Food Trucks To You events, or in any connection whatsoever with my use of privately owned property. *
FTTY acts solely as the booking agent for Food Trucks. Once the community organizer receives the schedule of food trucks and the organizer/truck owner introduction email, FTTY is no longer responsible for cancellations on behalf of either organizer or food truck. FTTY will do its best to re-book a cancellation, however there is no guarantee we will be able to do so.                                               Do you agree that you, the food truck owner accepts responsibility for contacting the community organizer if anything changes with scheduling, as well as contacting FTTY.
