初・中級レベルの方対象。
ＯＷＳテクニック（集団泳、スタート位置と方法、ドラフティング、前方確認など）
※ライフガードのサポート付き。

【レッスン料】
3,240円

＋保険料：別途800円（スポーツ保険に加入していただきます。3か月間有効で、その間E3 Fit OWSレッスンにご参加される場合は１度のみの加入で結構です。）

・レッスン開催場所は辻堂海岸（辻堂海浜公園からすぐ）です。
・海岸に海の家、ロッカーはありませんので、ご自身でお荷物の管理をお願い致します。
・無料シャワーが辻堂海浜公園内、スマイルカフェ波波波前に設置されています。

For beg/int level Swimmers

Open Water Swimming training for beginners and intermediates. The training will include determining the best starting position, beach start practice, swimming within a group, drafting and sighting.

LESSON FEES :
3,240 JPY
800 JPY/person; insurance covers E3 Fit OWS lessons scheduled over the next three months. (Participants, who have paid the insurance for the last E3 Fit OWS lesson, need not purchase insurance of this lesson.)

- The lesson will be held on Tsujido beach (front of Tsujido Kaihin Park)
- There is no beach house or locker room on the beach. You will need to take care of your stuff by yourself.
