Marwen Made Submission Form
Each term (Spring, Summer, and Fall), the artwork of 10 students will be selected for reproduction to be sold as fine art prints, t-shirts, totes, or other merchandise on Threadless.com and at various Marwen events throughout the year.

Students whose work is selected will receive a stipend of $250 for the rights to reproduce a limited edition of their artwork. All proceeds from sales will support Marwen’s free programs.

Students whose work is not selected will have the opportunity to sell their work through Marwen’s annual Paintbrush Ball (held in 2019) and may re-submit for the next Marwen Made selection round.

DEADLINE FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH
Marwen will review all submissions in the order they are received. Artists will be notified of final selections in early November. All artwork must be delivered to Marwen by November 21st.

To submit your work for consideration, please refer to the following submission checklist.

1) COMPLETE THE ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM. Please fill out the information on the following pages.

2) EMAIL IMAGES OF EACH PIECE. A clear image of each piece must be emailed to
marwenmade@marwen.org.

You may submit physical work or photographic documentation of your work (photographs can be taken with whatever photo equipment you have available)

If you are submitting digital art the resolution must be least 300 dpi at 10 inches

Marwen will professionally document selected work for reproduction

3) SUBMIT AN IRS W9 FORM TO MARWEN. If your work is chosen, Marwen must have an up-to-date IRS W9 form on file before payment can be issued.
