2018 FSS Parent Survey
Thank you for taking a few minutes to give us some feedback on your experiences at our school over this past year. This survey will be used by the FSS School Council to inform our school improvement plan, assess our strengths and identify areas where we can be better. We are conscious of the time it may take to fill out surveys based on the experiences for all of your children. As a result, the FSS School Council Survey Subcommittee has attempted to streamline this process.

This survey is based on your experience at Florence Sawyer for all of your children. If you wish to highlight an experience for a particular child please use the comments sections. We have designed this survey to be completely anonymous. Please be aware that comments written in this survey may be seen by school council members and should not name a particular student, teacher or parent.

For other specific concerns, please email Mr. Bates at jbates@nrsd.net
