Volunteer at a Campus Waste Audit
November 15

The Office for Sustainability will be working with student, faculty, and staff volunteers to conduct a waste audit. This audit is a vital part of understanding what is being thrown away at UR, how much we should be recycling, and how much we can compost as we work to improve waste management on campus. Ultimately, this information will help the University reach its goal of 75% waste diversion from the landfill by 2025.

We are looking for volunteers to help sort waste for the audit. All volunteers will be given protective equipment to wear as they sort trash, recyclables, and compostable material.

We will email before the audit to verify your participation and time slot.
