This program will honor the Beaver Dam area's brightest young professionals who have demonstrated success in their careers and the communities they represent. We are looking for individuals who are rising stars showing leadership where they work and/or entrepreneurship, demonstrating continued success and making a positive impact in their work and where they live.

Applications may either be submitted by the individual being nominated or a nomination sponsor.

Eligibility:
* Nominees must be under the age of 40 as of December, 2023
* Nominees/Nominators must complete the application and provide a headshot photo via email to
  info@beaverdamchamber.com by the deadline.
* Nominees must be employed within the Beaver Dam area
  (If outside the city, nominee must work for a Chamber member)
* Nominations must be supported with a letter of recommendation by applicant's President/CEO, direct
   supervisor, board chair or city authority.
   In cases where an applicant is a business owner, please submit a supporting letter from their bank, primary
   supplier, major customer or a community leader.

Application Deadline: The first Sunday in March

Evaluation Process:
All nominees will be evaluated by an independent panel and assessed strictly based on the information provided. The panel will recommend the recipients for recognition to the Board of Directors which will ratify those selected.
