Thank you for your interest in booking a Uniquely You Session! I have wanted to offer this to the community for a long time, and I'm so excited to get started!
Please note that chosen applicants will be contacted via email. Please add
charlene@vanveitcreative.com to your address book, so my email will land in your inbox. Selected applicants will have 48 hours to respond and book their session time before another applicant is chosen. Chosen applicants will have 3 dates to choose from and must be available on one of those days to be eligible for the session.
Applicants will be chosen based on when they applied and if they meet all of the required criteria.
CRITERIA:
- A formally diagnosed developmental need that impacts your child's physical, learning, language, or behaviour development. Diagnosis must be from a qualified professional.
- Must be willing to answer a short questionnaire with background on your child's diagnosis so that I have information to provide community awareness.
- Sign a model release to share the photos on my social media, website etc.
- Must live within 75km of my studio in Maxville, Ontario or be willing to travel within that range. The session can occur in-home, outdoor or in my studio. Please note my studio is on the second floor and not currently wheelchair accessible. I apologize for the inconvenience and I will make sure we still have a great session at another location!
