BBP is behavior-focused, aiming to influence and improve individual and group actions to enhance safety. Both BBP and HOC programs are complementary with BBP addressing the human element of safety.  Be honest, real and professional and keep in mind your potential audience includes Barco managers as well as management and HSE professionals of other companies.  These may also be used publicly in future safety meetings to raise awareness at management's sole discretion.  Thank you for participating!!
