Important requirements: Volunteers...
  • Must be based in Isla Vista, Goleta, or Santa Barbara
  • Must be able to volunteer in-person synchronous in Isla Vista
  • Must volunteer for a minimum of 10 hours per quarter
  • Must complete two initiation trainings: a 30-minute virtual, asynchronous training, and a 30-minute in-person, synchronous training, with multiple time slots available to choose from between October 15th - 18th.

    Important Dates
    • Fall Application Window:  September 3rd - 29th 2025
    • Acceptance: Applicants will hear back by end of day September 29, 2025
    • In-Person Trainings: September 30th - October 2nd 2025 (you will choose one 30-minute in-person training to attend. Exact dates and times TBA)
    • Online Trainings: Complete these on your own time after being accepted into the program
    • Volunteer Window: Community Ambassadors can volunteer for all of Fall Quarter: October 3rd - December 5th 2025
