CORI Request for Boston Latin Academy
All visitors, volunteers, etc., must have CORI clearance before entering any school building.

First submit the online BPS CORI authorization form using the following link - bit.ly/bpscori
  • Ensure all fields are properly filled out & sign the form electronically.
  • The Location selected should be BOSTON LATIN ACADEMY.
  • Name MUST match legal name on Social Security Card.
  • Type of Photo ID must be a valid government issued ID.
Once the BPS CORI Form is completed for Boston Latin Academy, please fill out the BLA form below, and then come to the BLA main office to present your photo identification.
