Schedule Your Dog's Overnight Stay for Doggie Dude Ranch 
Please fill out one form per reservation, you can use one form for multiple dogs.  Please complete all information. Your reservation is confirmed when your invoice is paid (50% payment will hold your place). You will receive the invoice by email and it is payable online. Hours for drop-off and pick-up are 7-9 am and 4-6pm Monday-Saturday.  For your convenience, specify drop off/pick up time so you we can be ready to receive your dog, or have your dog ready.   Effective July 1, 2024:   Sunday drop offs or pickups incur $40 courtesy fee. Please let us know your drop off and pick up times, so we can help you quickly when you arrive. Closed for drop off and pick up some actual holidays (New Year's Day, Easter, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, occasionally others)

FEEDING and MEDICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Doggie Dude Ranch feeds Diamond Maintenance kibble in the morning and afternoon. If you would like to bring your own dog food OR your dog is on medication, please specify instructions below and bring just enough food for your dog’s stay. Please label all food and medicine containers, and provide information about amounts or have meals prepackaged for each meal. Medicines should include full instructions about administration. We charge between $3 and $5 per medicine per day, costs per medication or treatment depends on the number of doses, difficulty to administer, etc.

VACCINATIONS AND FLEA/TICK TREATMENT

Please provide a copy of your vet records when bringing your dog. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OWNER ADMINISTERED VACCINATIONS. We require Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella. All dogs must be treated for fleas and ticks year round. If we find ticks or fleas on your dog, we will treat them, but the charge will be an extra $50.  Rabies / DHLPP / Bordatella / Flea-Tick / Bran
