BBHC is pleased to offer our provider network a national best practice training on "Collaborative Documentation".

Collaborative Documentation is a process, endorsed by the National Council on Behavioral Health and SAMHSA-HRSA, in which clinicians and clients collaborate in the documentation for assessment, individual therapy, and case management services (Progress Notes). Training Dates: April 5 & 6, 2016
-Half Day Overview for Leadership -- April 5th, 2016 (1 pm – 4:30 pm)
-Full Day Training for Clinical Staff and Prospective Trainers -- April 6th, 2016 (9 am – 4:30 pm)

* Follow-up Trainings (save the date- location tbd):
2-hour session for Child MH providers: April 12, 2016 (10 am - 12 pm)
2-hour Train the Trainer: tentatively April 19, 2016 (10 am - 12 pm)

Each BBHC network provider agency will have 3 slots for each date:
-April 5: Leadership level- CEO, Clinical Director, Quality Improvement
-April 6: Staff members who will be responsible for assisting the agency in implementing this model for outpatient therapy and case management departments, one of who will participate in the follow-up Train the Trainer course and be dedicated as the Trainer for the agency. Consider staff who will help sustain your efforts!
