Scientific Minds of America COVID Tutoring- Elementary School
We are a group of students from across Howard County who have created Scientific Minds of America, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that seeks to support fellow students. To support students during the global COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing free tutoring services in Science, English, Mathematics, and Social Studies (we are open to other subjects).

All our services are absolutely free, and we simply want to help our community.

Math: World-related math concepts tailored to the student's grade & math level. Concepts correspond with HCPSS curriculum. Science: 'hands-on' science discussion corresponds to current world events. Concepts correspond with grade level. History: Students explore the past and the lessons that carry into the present. Concepts correspond with grade level. English:Students will cover grammar and reading comprehension concepts. These concepts will correspond with grade level. Story Time: Students listen and watch (HCPSS-approved) books, short stories, and plays to students and discuss important ideas. Reading level corresponds with grade level. Group Discussion: Students engage in friendly group discussions about the break, school, innovative ideas, and other engaging current topics.

If you have any questions, concerns, or if there's anything else we should know, please tell us here. We are open to expanding to further subjects and are willing to cover any specific topics. We are also planning to expand to further schools in the coming days.
