The City Efficiency Leadership Coalition (CELC) is a collaborative network of Texas cities, school districts, and other public entities engaged in partnership and resource exchange to expand the adoption of energy management best practices in the public sector. The City Efficiency Leadership Council supports cities of all sizes and school district energy management best practices.
As a CELC member, your organization actively participates in our webinars, cohorts, focus groups, and other events. All staff members' participation is aggregated, with at least 10 hours of engagement across the team each year. This collective contribution ensures that your organization is consistently involved in the CELC's initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our collaborative efforts.
* Local government members can have several staff participate within their organization to include cross sectors in the CELC. (Please have them submit a separate application)
* Participating in this council is FREE, sponsored by State Energy Conservation Office.
