认捐供养玉佛条例 / Adoption of Jade Buddha Statue Term & Conditions:

1. 认捐者个人或一位长辈之名加“合家”或公司宝号或已故者。认捐者姓名确定后，不得转让、更改。
Donor name may be a person name or person name & family or a company name or the deceased name. No amendment is allowed once Donor name is confirmed.

2. 认捐供养玉佛可选择一次付清或分十次付款（六寸 = 10 X S$128, 七寸 = 10 X S$300, 八寸 = 10 X S$500）。
分期付款必须连续十个月付款。超过三个月未缴交款项者将自动失去认捐供养玉佛资格。所付款项将不退还，也不可转让。
Adoption of Jade Buddha Statue can be made by one-time full payment or in 10 instalment payments (6 inch = 10 X S$128, 7 inch = 10 X S$300, 8 inch = 10 X S$500).
Instalment payment must be made in 10 consecutive months. The adoption of the Jade Buddha Statue would be automatically ceased when instalment payment is in arrears for more than 3 months. All payments made are not refundable and/or transferable.
