I approach aromatherapy holistically.  We'll work together to look at the whole picture that makes you or your child who you/they are as a person, not simply a case of symptoms or issues.

When blending, I first consider the scientific, then traditional uses of essential oils, as well as the intuitive.

Your consultation and resulting blend(s) are individual to you. For this reason, I require completion of this intake form before I can safely create any aromatic preparations for you.

At the end of the form there's a section of boxes to check. One of the boxes will be an instruction to send your deposit via PayPal when you've finished this form. After our first meeting, the balance of the new client fee will be due, and I will prepare your blend(s)  and send them to you after that balance has been received.
