Minimum donation covers costs for local staff salaries, animal food and daily operations, including meals, accommodation, airport transfer, and guidance/supervision.
Balance payment is due 60 days before arrival.
The contribution is waived for veterinary volunteers with at least 2 years post graduate clinical experience, who can bring medical supplies in lieu of monetary donation.
The Euro200 initial deposit is non-refundable.
If cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival, the placement can be deferred free-of-charge to another date within 12 months.
If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, the project reserves the right to retain 50% of the total payment if the placement is not deferred within a 6 month period.
Change of date within the same month does not affect cancellation.
Please note that no part of the payment can be refunded once the participant has started the placement.
