Thank you for your interest in renting our studio for your event!

Our 1,500 sq. ft. studio can be used for parties, corporate bonding experiences, business meetings, dance, yoga etc. the possibilities are endless!

We have two unisex washrooms, one of which is accessible. Use of our staff-room fridge can be arranged for food and/or drink storage prior to your event. Please be courteous and leave the space as you found it, clean and tidy.

Weekday Morning General Room rentals include:
  • Use of our lighting, and sound system
  • Use of in house bench seating, chairs (10) 
  • hourly cost $75 + applicable taxes
Weekday Morning Business meeting rentals include:
  • Up to 50 guests seated
  • Use of our projector, lighting, and sound system
  • Handheld mics or wireless headset can be rented for additional cost
  • Use of in house bench seating, folding chairs (10) and, 5 ft. tables (4)
  • Additional tables and chairs can be rented for additional cost
  • We can cater your event for additional cost.
  • hourly cost $100 + rentals (if required) + applicable taxes
Skating Party Rental includes:
  • Up to 15 guests (not including parents or birthday-person)
  • 30 minutes "introduction to skating class"
  • 60 minutes of studio time for skating, food, gifts
  • Skate rentals for up to 15 guests - additional skating guests $10 per person.
  • Use of our projector, lighting, and sound system
  • Use of in house bench seating, chairs (10) and, 5 ft. tables (2)
  • Two large pizzas with two toppings each & two 2L bottles of pop - additional large pizzas @ $15 per pizza
  • Bring your own cake
  • Feel free to decorate with signage but please no confetti 
  • Cost for weekend parties $325 + applicable taxes
  • Cost for weekday parties $275 + applicable taxes
We are able host Monday between 8am and 5pm Tuesday through Friday between 8am and noon, Saturdays 5pm to 9pm and Sunday 12noon to 5pm and most days after our normal working hours.

Please note: Retro Rollers strongly suggests safety equipment be worn; we are not responsible for any injuries that  may occur while on our premises. Each skater will be required to sign a waiver before skating. We do not provide safety gear, nor do we have any to rent. Patrons are required to bring their own if they wish to have safety gear on.

*Also note - rollerblades and inline skates are not permitted in our studio - quad skates only.

***Renter is responsible for the cost to repair any damages to the space should they occur
****We have the right to refuse intoxicated persons entry
*****Skating Occupancy limited to a maximum of 20 people
