I understand the unit I am assigned to is a designated Quiet House. I agree not to hold any parties or social events unless they are small and informal and the noise can easily be contained within the house. Furthermore, all the occupants (including visitors) of the house agree not to participate in activities that might impact neighbors.

I realize that if this agreement is not followed, charges may be filed with the Community Standards Board (CSB) against me and/or my housemates. If found responsible by the CSB, sanctions may include relocation from the housing unit. Additionally, the University reserves the right to relocate students from housing units separate from the CSB process.
