Webinar: Effortless workflow from protein design to protein analysis
Abstract

Webinar Date: Thursday, June 30th  I 3pm (SGT)

Designing, expressing, purifying, or analyzing proteins? Get to know about capillary electrophoresis technology (CET) to replace older, labor-intensive, and manual slab SDS gels. CET is becoming a standard technique to evaluate protein purity under both reducing and non-reducing conditions. Separation is based on molecular weight but has advantages of automatability, reproducibility, easy quantification, robustness, high resolution, and throughput.

In partnership with Machery Nagel, we will also touch on protein expression vector design and advances in column-based purification of GST- and His-tagged proteins.
