PPSE Teen Action Group 2016-2017 Program

The Teen Action Group (TAG) is made up of 15 Atlanta area high school students. Membership in TAG requires dedicated time, commitment, and personal responsibility. TAG members will receive an educational but fun training to help them become trusted peers in their community through improving their presentation and communication skills. Training will include information on sexually transmitted diseases, teen pregnancy prevention, and healthy decision making. TAG will meet regularly to talk more about sexual health and how they can make a difference in their community. TAG is fun, informative, and a great way to earn your community service hours!

TAG members receive a small stipend for active participation.

The deadline to apply is September 9, 2016. Applicants will be notified for either a phone or in person interview during the week of September 11-16th.

Applicants will receive formal acceptance notification Friday, September 16, 2016.

Please be prepared to provide two teacher/counselor references.

If you have any questions about the application or the TAG program, please do not hesitate to email tag@ppse.org or call 404-567-8339.
