The AVG Financial Services Group is a provider of diverse financial services to high net-worth investors, family offices and unlisted corporates across the USA, Europe and Asia. We specialise in structuring esoteric investments to suit the needs of our investors and actively manage the investments over its life cycle. We also advise on equity and fundraising mandates, predominantly to real estate developers and independent power producers. Our Private Equity practice is a pool of family office capital that invests mostly in commercial real estate in the USA. We are now actively pursuing investment opportunities in emerging markets.

Client Advisors will be serving in the Commercial Team of AVG South Asia and Middle East [EB-5] and working closely with the Managing Director who leads the financial services businesses for the Firm. This role will ideally progress and be on-track to Vice President after two successful years.

The Firm advises HNW investors on EB-5 investments and these investors are primarily sourced from our referral partners and online lead generation efforts. The incumbent candidate will be expected to perform the following functions:
• Identifying new referral partners who could potentially help build the Firm’s regional practice – we are a global firm.
• Advising prospects generated via digital media efforts

The role comprises of 70% Front-office functions which are client-facing and partner-facing in nature – thus the Firm is looking for a confident incumbent to join the team.

A work-day at AVG India would include the following:
Back Office Functions
• Research and Identify potential referral partners for AVG’s EB-5 practice – wealth management franchises, education consultants, immigration advisors, independent advisors in the HNW segment.
• Liaise with and service referral partners – track and address their requirements, investor pipeline and new onboarding
• Prepare meeting reports, sales forecasts and other necessary paperwork during day-to-day business operations

Front Office Functions
• Conduct in-person or phone meetings with potential investors identified by referral partners or generated via digital marketing efforts / your own networks
• Track manage and service investor pipeline – address questions and nudge towards closure
• Organise and attend investor conferences / 1X1 meetings

In addition to a fixed salary and expenses, you will be rewarded with quarterly, performance-based bonuses based on the region / relationships that you will drive.
