We also advise on equity and fundraising mandates, predominantly to real estate developers and independent power producers. Our Private Equity practice is a pool of family office capital that invests mostly in commercial real estate in the USA. We are now actively pursuing investment opportunities in emerging markets.
The Firm advises HNW investors on EB-5 investments and these investors are primarily sourced from our referral partners and online lead generation efforts. The incumbent candidate will be expected to perform the following functions:• Identifying new referral partners who could potentially help build the Firm’s regional practice – we are a global firm.• Advising prospects generated via digital media efforts
The role comprises of 70% Front-office functions which are client-facing and partner-facing in nature – thus the Firm is looking for a confident incumbent to join the team.
Front Office Functions• Conduct in-person or phone meetings with potential investors identified by referral partners or generated via digital marketing efforts / your own networks• Track manage and service investor pipeline – address questions and nudge towards closure• Organise and attend investor conferences / 1X1 meetings
