On behalf of the entire team at IFI, we'd like to thank you for exploring the enhanced VEXpro product line during this year's FRC season. We were thrilled to see all of the places VEXpro kept popping up, and are eager to hear your thoughts now that the season has come to a close.
While substantial testing and pre-work is done prior to any launch, there is simply no substitute for the hundreds (if not thousands) of hours that the products have spent on the field in the hands of you, our customers. VEXpro is made by competitors, for competitors, and that's a model we intend to stand by.
At the close of last season, we released a questionnaire similar to this one for feedback from VEXpro users. The feedback received directly influenced our product development and improvement processes, resulting in HTD belts, the 3 CIM Ball Shifter, improvements to the VersaPlanetary system, and many other of this season's new products.
Together, we can continue to provide the superior performance expected from VEXpro.
