Milan Harvest Festival Vendor Agreement
Thank you for choosing to be a part of the 2025 Milan Harvest Festival. With our effort and your support, we hope to make this an exceptional event for all. Please keep in mind the following rules so we can have a successful outcome.
1. The Milan Harvest Festival committee reserves the right to change space assignments as necessary.
2. You are responsible for clean-up of your assigned space.
3. We will do our best to honor any requests but is not guaranteed.
4. Exhibitors are responsible for collection and recording Sales Tax of 8.25%.
5. No money will be refunded or transferred due to inclement weather.
6. If these rules are violated in any way, the Milan 7. Harvest Festival has the right to revoke your contract.
7. The Milan Harvest Festival reserves the right to reject any application.
IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING ALLOWED TO EXHIBIT AT THE MILAN HARVEST FESTIVAL, I ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY
AND LIABILITY FOR MY OWN EXHIBIT AND ANY HELPER I MAY HAVE WORKING WITH ME. I AGREE TO RELIEVE MILAN
HARVEST FESTIVAL OF ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES BEYOND DUE CARE. INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR LOSS, DAMAGE,
OR INJURY. I UNDERSTAND THAT INSURING MY OWN MERCHANDISE OR PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR ME WILL BE AT MY OWN EXPENSE.
