Watson A/V Support Request Form
***ATTENTION: PLEASE READ FIRST***

For multi-day events: please submit a separate request for each day.

Charges may apply for requests requiring on-site support or services for the duration of an event.  Examples include panel discussions needing multiple microphones; high profile events; events needing complex portable A/V, video recording and live streaming.

Fee structure is as follows:
$85/hour for support (staffed technical support, video recording, live streaming, photography etc.)
$45/hour for in-depth video, audio and photo editing
$150 late reservation fee made within 10 days of the event
Free of charge: Automated lecture capture (non-staffed), technical set up and light support

Upon request, a proposal will be provided with information confirming any charges.
