Thank you for your interest in staffing the 2020 Rigden Abhisheka, to be held at Dechen Choling from June 20-27 2020.

Please note that staffing an Abhisheka can be an incredibly rewarding and rich experience, as well as an energetically demanding one, which will require your full engagement. Please keep this in mind when applying.

Programme staff must also apply for the Rigden Abhisheka. There are additional preparations for abhisheka than in previous years, and you must apply and be accepted for the empowerment in order to staff the program. If you would like to apply, please click here:

Staff charges for the Abhisheka will be lower than regular participant prices. However, staff charges are yet to be confirmed. When we contact you to confirm any staff role, we will also inform you of staff charges for the Abhisheka.
