Sanford AutumnFest Vendor Application

The Chamber of Commerce is bringing back Pumpkin Festival/Harvest Daze in a new event called AutumnFest, which will feature booths, activities and a food court. We are looking for vendors, both non-selling and selling. We are trying to have a mix of activities and items that are family-friendly and hopefully fall-themed. Due to limited space our first year, not all vendors will be selected.

EVENT: Saturday, October 17th from 12pm-4pm on William Oscar Emery Drive, in the same location as in the past, near the rotary. We expect about 2000 people. Arrival is no later than 11:30am, vendors may not leave until 4pm. This is a rain or shine event. Spots are for 10x10 tents.

We will notify you of approval with two business days. Spots will be held for payment for one week, and then released to the next applicationt. A link will be sent to pay online.
