June 17 Anchored Blessings Menu
Happy Father's Day to all the hardworking dads out there!  Let us celebrate you with a full menu of Dad-Approved delicious entrees!  Going on a road trip?  Great idea to stock up on items to take with you or fill your freezer so that when you return from vacation, you don't have to hurry to the store because dinner's in the freezer!

Whether you're a new customer or a seasoned Blessings veteran, you should know that all items prepared in the Anchored Blessings' kitchen are either frozen or ready to be frozen.  Our meals are intended for your oven, slow cooker or even your grill.  But no matter the method, all come with prayers for those who will be receiving them.  We always include a "Please, Lord, let my kids eat this!" prayer already prayed over it!  

Orders placed by 8pm SUNDAY June 17 will be prepared and ready for pick up Thursday-Sunday, June 21-24.  If you miss the deadline, have no fear as we generally do work extras into our preparations so there will likely be inventory available for purchase.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:  The first image shown will be for the FULL-sized entree with a quantity bar beneath that.  The next selection with the same title but NO PHOTO will be for a HALF size of the same entree. Please be careful when making your selections. Not all items are always available for full and half sizes, obviously.

PICK UP: Make your selections and then choose which day you wish to pick up. Next, you pick your time frame.  Lastly, you can select "porch pick up" and your order will be placed in the cooler out front in a bag labeled with your name. Please be sure to only take the orders labeled for you as others may be picking up along the same time frame. Simply grab your bag and leave payment in the envelope. Grab and run. Talk about fast food!

Still, if that doesn't work for your availability, like always, please simply choose "other" and fill in the information on the "Comments" section.  We will certainly do our best to accommodate your schedule, but will contact you if your request may need to be modified.

Entrees are $25 each and should easily serve a family of 4-5 (usually even more!)  Half orders are $15 each.

Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken {Full size $25}
Juicy chicken breasts slow cooked with zesty Mexican flavors and fresh cilantro... perfect anchor for street tacos, nachos, taco salad or a rice bowl.  Be sure to add a GOB of cheese (the chicken is healthy, so we have the right to splurge), fresh pico de gallo, crispy lettuce (just a little, so you have room for more cheese) and a cold, dollop of sour cream. Your taste buds will be screaming "ole!"  Oh, and if you're like me, you'll add even more fresh cilantro when it's all over because... all things Mexican food need cilantro... and did I mention cheese?  Add some more of that!!  It's summer, don't heat up the oven -- let your slow cooker do all the work!  Want to make them a little more filling? Throw in a can of drained/rinsed black beans or even some frozen corn.  Winner winner chicken dinner!

French Dips  {Full $25}
These slow cooker French dip sandwiches will just melt in your mouth! They’re so easy to toss together in the morning and you’ll come home to a delicious smelling house and the most amazing French dip sandwich ever!  Served with rolls you can toast or serve right out of the bag.  If you want a second level of indulgence, add a slice of Provolone or some shreds of Monterrey Jack cheese.  This would be great with a quickie cole slaw and some kettle potato chips.

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo  {Full $25}
We brought Italian food south of the border with our lasagna, but we couldn't leave you high and dry without an actual Italian dish.  We love you (and Italian food) too much to do that!  Our Creamy Italian Chicken contains juicy chicken breasts that are placed in your crock pot in a creamy base full of garlic, mushrooms and Italian seasonings.  Cream cheese kicks this up to a whole new level of awesomeness.   When it's time to serve, spoon this delicious entree over your family's favorite pasta and sprinkle with some parsley for a little bowl of creamy Italian goodness.

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo  {Half $15}

Chocolate Chip Pancake Casserole {Full size only $25}
If you love chocolate chip pancakes... or chocolate.... or pancakes... or breakfast... you just have to have this!  Not only is it a beautiful presentation, it's sinfully delicious!  Fluffy pancakes are layered and soaked in a rich liquid base, then just before baking, you sprinkle with chocolate chips.  Once you pull it from the oven in all it's chocolatey chip glory... dust it with a little powdered sugar and admire this beautiful piece of breakfast perfection.  To add an extra layer of awesome, drizzle some maple syrup on your serving before devouring it.  This is delicious reheated as well... though, you'll probably want to claim there WERE no leftovers and then hide the evidence in the back of the fridge so that it's all yours. (I will neither confirm nor deny that I've labeled the leftovers as "asparagus quiche" and hid it in the fridge so that it remained untouched.  You can hide in the pantry to enjoy it without any judgment (or witnesses).

Unbelievable Chicken  {Full $25}
The secret to this being a definite unbelievable awesome ultimate amazing chicken meal is in the magic of this marinade!  Juicy chicken breasts are soaked in this deliciousness ready to be baked, slow cooked or (and I would highly suggest) grilled.  A hint of brown sugary sweetness, the tartness of citrus with a dash of this...and a smidge of that... I'm telling you, THIS will be your go-to for all things chicken!  Serve with a heaping helping of buttery mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini spears.  Taste it, you'll be a believer!
