MERIT Hydro can be shared under "CC-BY-NC 4.0" or "ODbL 1.0" license. Please specify which license you'd like to follow. For Non-Commercial use, "CC-BY-NC 4.0" is recommended. For Commercial use, "ODbL 1.0" must be selected and you have to follow its open data policy. (For example, if you create a flood hazard map using MERIT Hydro and you'd like to provide a COMMERCIAL service based on that, you have to make the hazard map PUBLICLY AVAILABLE under OdBL license).If you need MERIT Hydro under another license terms, please contact the developer by email.
