Pride in Music - Diversity in the Industry
Every organisation has targets to increase the visibility and awareness of issues facing Women in Music, People of Colour and Gender Fluidity throughout the workplace and indeed with our artists, and members, Pride in Music is no different!
PiM has held regular social events throughout the year and we'd love to see a more diverse crowd come together as we look towards our partnership and calendar through 2020.
Nobody loves an extended Diversity Survey but we'll keep it short and sweet, honest - and we hope to see you as part of our activities in the New Year! Submissions are of course completely anonymous.

Pride in Music Events
Pride in Music social events have primarily been held in Soho, London, alongside other club nights, where we are aware that Gender Fluid, Trans and Females may be out of their comfort zone, or feel less welcome
If you have considered against attending a Pride in Music Social why would this be?
I am happy to attend Pride in Music Socials and Events as they are
I feel out of my comfort zone attending a Pride in Music social event in London.
I do not feel as welcome as a PoC, Female, Gender Fluid or Other.
I'm worried that I may be the only PoC, Female or Gender Fluid member to attend.
I do not feel that the venues chosen are as inclusive to the wider LGBTQ+ audience as they could be.
We'd love to here if you have any thoughts or feedback on how we can make our events more social and inclusive to all Pride in Music events. The below is optional but we'll read through every feedback submitted to take into consideration our goals in 2020!
