Requesting Introduction to ePs and Resources Class Visit and Follow-Up Sessions (AY 23-24)
If you are requesting visits for more than one course, please submit a separate request for each.  

Please respond to the following questions if you are interested in having an eP Assistant visit your course, present via Zoom or provide a pre-recorded video. 

For an initial class visit, the Assistants offer a brief 10-15 minute presentation, intended to introduce the concept of ePortfolios, as well as market the ePortfolio resources available to students. Overall, the purpose of this visit is to show students how our team can support their use of technology and design. During the overview, the Assistants can demonstrate one or two tech processes (for instance: working in Google Drive, activating a template in WordPress). The Assistants can also visit your course to demonstrate other processes on other occasions, but we must know what specific topic you would like addressed, bearing in mind their visits are no longer than 30 minutes at a time.

We also offer follow-up sessions, during which an Assistant may visit the class later in the semester to answer questions that may have arisen in the meantime or demonstrate further how to work with a particular program. We do ask that you share some specifics in order to help the Assistant to prepare.

Please recognize we have a small staff, most of whom are undergraduate students. This means their availability is determined by their course schedules.
