2024 CDL Scholarship Application
Deadline for applications is March 31st. 
Our mission is to provide opportunities for individuals in our community through job training and placement. If you are someone who is interested in CDL training and certification, this could be a good opportunity for you. Please fill out this form in its entirety. Our team will be conducting interviews during the first and second week of April. Make sure that you leave a valid phone number and email so we may contact you for interviewing. Additionally, applicant must be 18 years or older by June 1st for CDL training.

Recipient Expectations
Upon acceptance of the CDL Scholarship, the recipient is expected to adhere to the following guidelines and sign an agreement. 
Complete the CDL permit class within the specified timeline.
Contribute $500 towards tuition and cover the cost of a $110 DOT physical and drug test. 
Attend training sessions regularly and complete the CDL training on time.
Maintain open communication with instructors, program administrators, and any other relevant parties throughout the training.
Sign a media release authorizing the use of their name, image, and information for promotional purposes.
Participate in media activities, such as interviews, testimonials, or other promotional efforts as requested.
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, both during training and in any public-facing activities related to the scholarship.
Commit to seeking employment in the trucking industry after completing the CDL training.
Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the CDL training program and the scholarship provider.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety and responsible driving practices throughout and after the CDL training.
