Blue Ribbon Exhibitor Information 2026
What you may enter:
Each participant may enter ONE item per class. All entries must be submitted in the name of the creator and owner of the entry. Competition open to individuals only; no businesses.

Prizes:
Best in Show and First, Second, Third and honorable mention ribbons will be awarded.

Judging:
Entries will be judged by Saturday afternoon, October 3rd. Decision of the judges is final.
  
Delivering exhibits to the fair:
- Exhibits are accepted on Fri, October 2nd between 2pm and 8pm* sharp at Queens Farm (73-50 Little Neck Pkwy, Floral Park, NY 11004). Drop off Arts & Crafts entries at the Art Tent.

- All other entries should be delivered to the Ag Tent or Livestock Tent, respectively. Registration closes Fri, October 2nd at 8pm. 

 *Exceptions: Saturday drop-offs between 8am - 9am, CULINARY ARTS ONLY and ONLY with prior written notice to blueribbon@queensfarm.org  

Pick-up time for exhibits:
No exhibit may be removed prior to 6pm on Sunday, October 4th. NO EXCEPTIONS. You MUST PICK UP YOUR EXHIBIT Monday, October 5th. We will be open from 10am - 5pm. Exhibits that are left at the farm will no be considered unclaimed and will be removed by Queens Farm.

Safety of exhibits:
The Fair Committee will exercise all possible care for the safety of exhibits. During public hours all exhibits will be attended by dedicated volunteers. Through the night, security will patrol the fairgrounds. However, the management assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage from any cause and entries are made and accepted with this understanding.
