We are looking for self-motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Freelance Global Account Helpdesk team and support our millions of customers around the world on a freelance basis with flexible hours and based from home.

Do you understand that this is a freelancer opportunity? You would not be an employee of IWG or on payroll. You would be a contractor paid monthly with no taxes withheld. You would be responsible for paying your own taxes to the government, we would issue you a 1099 Form each year to show your earnings. *
You receive the below question from from an IWG Customer, “The invoicing system is not clear; I don’t understand how it works and am getting confused with what I am supposed to do to settle my bills. Thanks, Bill Smith.”  Please draft a brief reply to the customer to answer their query, using the information guide provided below (do your best with the information provided).  Note: We aim to answer the query professionally and full with the goal of resolving the query in one email exchange.                                                      Information guide: 1) Invoice needs to be paid by 15th each month, 2) Later than 15th of the month will incur late fees, 3) You can set up automated payment e.g. direct debit, 4) Payments can be made via direct debit or manual, 5) Invoices are available through your online account which can be accessed online. *

You are able to work any hours you want (day or night) and can choose the days you work; however, we do expect you to work weekly and complete a minimum of 200 customer queries a month.  How many hours per week do you expect to be able to dedicate to working as a freelancer? *
In order to be able to work as a freelancer you have to complete a two week virtual training first (the training is paid once you complete your first 100 cases).  This will be virtual and you will have the option to join live virtual sessions and/or watch pre-recorded sessions; however you will have to dedicate approximately 55 hours of training in the first two weeks. Are you able to commit to this if chosen? *
If chosen and willing to complete the two week training, which training class would be best for you? (Note: You cannot start working until you have completed the training) *
