Lived Experience Representative - Application Form

Voluntary Action Harrow work with the community providing information, training and guidance.

We manage Healthy Harrow, which aims to address health and social inequalities locally.

We are looking for members of the community who would like to be Live Experience Representatives.

This is open to anyone who can bring their lived experience and whole selves to the meeting.

Your role will be to bring your voice and experience to discussions, acting as an independent critical friend.
