It is hoped that complaints and concerns will be resolved quickly and informally. If parents have a complaint or a concern they should normally contact the Class Teacher or Housemistress/Housemaster in the first instance. In the majority of cases, we hope that the matter will be resolved straight away to the parents’ satisfaction. If the matter cannot be resolved straight away to the parents’ satisfaction, it may be necessary to consult the relevant Head of School. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, this form should be used to register a Formal Complaint.
