Warriors Write! is a program for female veterans offered in Loveland, Colorado. The program is FREE thanks to the generosity of our donors and sponsors.

We have space for 16 female veterans for the 2018 Warriors Write!. Please be as thorough as possible with your answers so we can tailor the program to your interests.

Warriors Write! kicks off with a retreat July 15th-19th. The additional dates are optional and we understand your future schedule may change -- but please let us know which dates you can attend to help us with scheduling. *

Meditation will be a key component of the Warriors Write! retreat. Training will be provided. Have you tried meditation before? If yes, please tell us a little about your meditation experience. Whether or not you have practiced meditation, please tell us if learning meditation techniques is of interest to you and what you'd like to gain from meditation. *
Do you have medical issues (either service-related or not) that we need to be aware of in planning the retreat? Please let us know of both physical and mental health issues. Do you have food allergies or dietary restrictions? The Sylvan Dale Ranch chef does a wonderful job of accommodating nutritional preferences, with healthy and delicious meals tailored to personal needs. *
This is a wellness retreat, intended to inspire creativity, provide tools for healing, and build community with other female veterans. Because we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for all participants there will be no alcohol, no drugs (except prescribed medications), and no weapons permitted at the events. *

This retreat is intended to provide tools that may improve your health, happiness, and well-being, but it is not intended as a replacement for clinical therapy and/or professional counseling. If you are experiencing problems with addiction, thoughts of suicide, and/or other psychiatric issues please seek professional assistance. *
