PLACE: On Zoom (You will receive a link via email 24 hours before the program)
THE PROGRAM WILL BE RECORDED
Join us for a heartfelt discussion about how to make time for self care — before it’s too late.
This is a recorded live chat on Zoom with opportunities for your comments and questions.
We’ll be sharing about "self care wake-up calls” — those sometimes painful but eye-opening experiences that wake us up to the fact that self care is to be taken seriously. Each woman on the panel has a story to tell about how she ignored the signs but ultimately changed. You will be inspired.
Talking points include setting boundaries and saying “no,” finding and managing time, and making tough choices.
